On-Site Services Include:
Emergency Contraception
- Free throughout the academic year (funded by SGA)
- Available options:
- Progestin pills (Plan B): Available without prescription through Health Services, vending machine, or pharmacies.
- Ulipristal Acetate pills (Ella): Prescription required, available through Health Services and pharmacies.
Contraceptive care
- Free condoms
- Birth control options: Pill, patch, ring, Depo-Provera
- Counseling and education
- IUD placement: Requires a visit outside of Health Services
- IUD removal/check: Can be done in Health Services
Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) Testing and Treatment
- Testing and treatment available for various STIs based on risk and concern
- Yearly screenings are recommended for sexually active students

- Chlamydia & Gonorrhea: $46
- Herpes Culture: $41
- HIV Blood Test: $25
- Syphilis: $29
Testing can also go through insurance if you choose or SGA funding.

- Rapid Finger-Prick Test: $10 (results in 15 minutes)
- Blood Test: $25 (via LabCorp, results in 1-2 business days)
Abortion Care
- In New York State, abortion care is protected regardless of residency
- Health Services provides education, counseling, and connections to resources
- Medication and in-clinic abortion are available in New York State (up to 24 weeks of pregnancy)
Students can visit Health Services during business hours for emergency contraception (Plan B) or to schedule an appointment for Ella. The services are confidential, and identifying information is not shared with the SGA. If additional support is needed for services outside Health Services, SGA funding can assist with transportation and service costs.
