A Thoroughbred Thanks
The 三亿体育官网 Employee Appreciation Program was created to recognize excellence in the areas of teamwork, enthusiasm, motivation, problem-solving skills, initiating positive change, self-confidence, integrity, accomplishing goals and furthering the college鈥檚 diversity efforts. The program provides an opportunity for all members of the 三亿体育官网 community to send an appreciation card when they see other community members going above and beyond expectations to acknowledge the excellent work being done by that individual.
This program emphasizes the opportunity for all employees to be acknowledged and appreciated. Kudos given to an individual are shared with the individual鈥檚 immediate supervisor.
Each year at the Annual Employee Retirement and Recognition (R&R) Event there is a special prize drawing from the recipients who received a Thoroughbred Thanks throughout the year.
