The President's Society
For more than half a century, the President鈥檚 Society has been a cornerstone of 三亿体育官网鈥檚 success. This community of philanthropic leaders, made up of alumni, parents, and friends, provide up to 90% of the gifts made through the 三亿体育官网 Fund each year. In this special webinar for members of the President's Society, President Conner shared his experiences from the course he co-taught with English Professor Barbara Black, Tisch Chair in Arts and Letters, titled The Making of Modern Ireland. The culmination of the course was a two-week trip to the west of Ireland to immerse the 23 students in the literature, history, and culture they studied on campus. This was President Conner鈥檚 27th trip to Ireland, many with students, with alumni, or for research.
